While we love connecting weekly online through Tetra Talk, there’s nothing quite like meeting face-to-face. Our in-person socials are a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our bonds, share stories, and create unforgettable memories together. Whether it’s a special occasion or simply a chance to hang out, these events are always a highlight of our year.

Regain x Access Adventures Social

When: 25 July 2025
Where: Near Staines, Middlesex

We’re teaming up with Access Adventures for a fun, relaxed summer social for our tetraplegic community. Meet your Tetra Talk friends in person, try out some optional accessible activities, and enjoy a BBQ and drinks by the campfire. It’s all about good vibes, connection, and a bit of adventure if you’re up for it. Activities include:

Adaptive waterskiing
Inflatable boat rides
Kayaking, tandem kayaking, and paddleboarding
Optional yoga
Or just come for the chill atmosphere—everyone’s welcome!

No payment required! Just register below to join us!

If you decide to stay for the night – overnight stays available at £30 per person.

2024 Christmas Social

Christmas get-together was held on 1st December 2024 in Windsor! It was a festive celebration and our Regain Community Christmas Gathering.

2023 Christmas Celebration in Cardiff

We gathered for a festive holiday event full of laughter, food, and great company. It was a magical way to wrap up the year and share the holiday spirit.
