About us

Tetraplegia turns a person’s world upside down in an instant. It brings with it not only huge physical hurdles, but substantial psychological and emotional toll. It is common for individuals to feel lost and isolated in the weeks following an injury, as the activities that once brought joy suddenly feel out of reach.

Without the right specialist equipment – such as adapted vehicles or lightweight wheelchairs – everyday tasks can become insurmountable, leaving people feeling trapped within their own homes. Regain exists to ensure this does not happen. We provide dedicated support from the very beginning and throughout the future. For our beneficiaries, life after injury has led to incredible milestones, including university degrees, rewarding careers, and even Paralympic success.

Our Vision:

A world where every everyone living with tetraplegia can live freely and fully.

Our Mission:

To enhance the quality of life for those living with tetraplegia, helping them reclaim their independence, opportunity, and joy.

We support people with tetraplegia to live independent, active, and fulfilling lives by:
